Eight Longcase Clocks by John Owen of Llanrwst .

Spanning one man's entire working life from 1743 all the way to 1776 we have 8 of the best provincial clocks from the greatest Welsh clockmaker to have ever plied his trade in our wonderful country Llanrwst's very own John Owen . Never to my knowledge has so many of his clocks been in one room at one time displaying not only his craft but also the local joiners as they develop a style using local timbers and techniques 

Through out my working career in the Antiques trade I have always had a soft spot for clocks made in Llanrwst by the Owen family , they show how clocks have progressed and developed over 100 years and it has been a privileged to have handled over 500 .
